A new loyalty programme for new advantages, available directly on Thalys.com and in the Thalys app
Simpler, clearer and more traveller friendly, My Thalys World now rewards the value of transactions: travellers collect member points, which define their status, Miles and advantages from the very first journey, for every euro spent.
The My Thalys World programme offers new advantages making it more generous:
The programme consists of three statuses: Explorer, Club and Club+.
Members benefit from priority processing by customer service (depending on their status), travel bonuses with extra Miles offered on the 3rd, 5th and 10th journey, and the possibility of compensation in Miles in the event of delays. Club+ members also benefit from flexible access on all trains on the same day.
All members can also convert their Miles into travel-related products in the gift shop, which offers a broad range of eco-responsible items.
A new space on Thalys.com and in the Thalys application
The programme is free. To join, simply visit Thalys.com or the Thalys app. The 166,000 customers who were members of the old loyalty programme will maintain their status and the Miles they have already earned in the new programme.
In the My Thalys World account, Thalys is focusing on simplicity and transparency. Members will find all their information in a single space: their tickets and travel history, their loyalty status and benefits, their digital loyalty card and their Miles balance.
In keeping with our commitment to being environmentally friendly, My Thalys World invites its members to use the digital card available in their personal space on Thalys.com.
