Brussels, 28 June 2023 – Eurostar Group CEO, Gwendoline Cazenave today signed Eurostar Group’s membership of Open@work, the Belgian B2B network aimed at creating an inclusive working environment for the LGBTQIA+ community.
This initiative that Eurostar Group is participating in, aims to build a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone experiences equal treatment and opportunities regardless of their gender identity, gender expression or sexual orientation. Eurostar Group joins 33 Belgian companies.
Gwendoline Cazenave, CEO of Eurostar Group, said: ’Diversity and inclusion are at the heart of the new Eurostar Group. Initiatives, including workshops to build awareness among our employees, are already in place within our company.'
By joining Open@work, we want to go even further and show our commitment to building a company that respects everyone. Eurostar Group, through its presence in Belgium and Europe, has a significant responsibility. We intend to exercise it, in conjunction with our partners in Belgium’.
